GUITAR
In
a private guitar or bass lesson, the teacher has the
opportunity to help the student individually for the
entire lesson time, and structures each lesson personally
for the student depending on their skill level and
goals. We teach all styles of music, from the traditional
beginning method series teaching approach, to reading
standard notation, reading tabs and charts, playing
by ear and improvisation, with pop, rock, jazz, blues,
contemporary, alternative, shredding, classical, folk,
flamenco - you name it!

BASS
Private bass and guitar lessons are designed
for students to progress at their own pace. Students/parents
have input about the style and genre of music they would
like to work on. Parent is welcome to observe the lessons,
or learn to play right along with the student FREE.

Scales, Chords and Technique Warm-ups, Song Books (lesson
book with CD, or tab book, artist book), Supplementary
Materials (pop book, jazz book, seasonal book) and Student
Choice Tunes. |

DRUMS
We teach all styles of music, from beginning
basics through blues, funk, jazz, Latin, rock, Hip-Hop,
World, Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, Bebop, Big Band, Fusion,
country, metal and alternative.
Private Drum Lessons Basics:
Warm-Ups, Stick Control, Rudiments, Individual assignments
with music/chart reading, Basic style studies
(Rock, Funk, Brazilian, Afro/Cuban, Jazz), Student choice
songs, with CD (chart) and Stage Presence.

VOCALS
From
Broadway, pop, contemporary, Disney, chart hits, jazz
and blues standards, gospel, sacred, classical, art
songs, foreign language, opera, we teach the all.
Private Voice Lessons Basics:
Warm-Ups, Breathing Exercises, Interval singing, Sight
Singing - step by step examples and staff reading,
Solfege and hand signs, Repertoire - Review current
assigned material, Repertoire - New Songs appropriate
for the student, Using the microphone, Stage moves,
Selling a Song and Stage Presence.

PIANO
We teach all styles of piano, from the
traditional method series teaching approach, to playing
by ear and improvisation, through the classics, popular,
blues, jazz, ragtime and contemporary.

UKULELE
Ukulele has become enormously popular
(again!) over the last few years. Whether you're an
enthusiast or just starting out, our uke class is
a great way to have fun with a light, affordable and
sweet voiced instrument. We've had students as young
as four years old up to retirees enjoying ukulele
lessons at our studio. Fun for all ages!Our
fabulous instructors
will teach using the traditional approach, to playing
by ear and improvisation, through the classics, traditional
uke favourites, and modern songs reinterpreted.

at the same convenient time call us directly and we'll
do our very best to find class times that work for
you. Because some of our teachers are multi-instrumental,
we can modify our class descripitions to suit your

Our online
registration feature provides amazing flexibility in allowing
you choose a class at your leisure. This can save you time, travel
costs, and fit nicely into your already busy life! Or if you prefer
you can call our front desk, 519-757-0890, anytime during
normal studio hours. Someone is always available to answer any
specific questions you may have and we would be more than happy
to hear from you in person.
Often,
the most demanding part of whole process is finding the best
time; the ideal time that works for the family and one that
is also available in our rosters. Once we find it, the rest
is easy! We simply gather some family and student information
for our systems, take care of a little business and we're
done!
